Already halfway through October, but don’t be SCARED… Missoula has a ton of fun planned to help you finish off the month with a SCREAM! Pumpkin Run 5k & Kid’s Dash
Sunday, October 22nd 10 AM – 12 PM

Spooky Skate
Sunday, October 22nd 12 PM – 2:15 PM
Glacier Ice Rink
This costume event has fun to be had by the whole family. Come down to Glacier Ice Rink on Sunday for ice skating to spooky music, on-ice costume contest, and an awesome skating performance to “Thriller” from the Missoula Figure Skating Club! Admission is $6 for adults, and $4 for children under 18; skate rentals are $3.
Halloween Performance – Dinner & A Show!

Roots Acro Sports Center
Come out and enjoy pizza and baked goods provided by Bitterroot -Gymnastics Booster Club along with an amazing performance by Roots Acro Sports! Seating is limited so get your tickets by calling 728-4258 or stopping by the office at 216 Commerce Street.

From Logjam presents: Bust out your fishnets Missoula, because The Rocky Horror Show LIVE is back for its 6th Year! Yet again, The Montana Actors’ Theatre slathers your Halloween weekend with rockin’ live music, bright lights, skimpy costumes, and more gender-bending fun than you can shake a stick at! Join the costumed and boisterous audience as they sing, dance, and shout “A**hole” along with the amazingly talented local cast. Combining the raw energy of a full-throttle Rock Show with the glitz and glamour of a Broadway Musical, this cult classic has become a Halloween tradition. Reserved and Tabled seating is available, but arrive early to enjoy the pre-show hosted by the Cigarette Girls Burlesque!

Friday, October 27th & 28th 7 PM – 10 PM
The Daly Mansion, Hamilton
It’s time to live out your worst nightmares! The event is two nights, October 27th and 28th from 7 pm to 10 pm. There is some walking required. This event is not recommended for children 6 years and under. Tickets are $5.
Creepy Crawly Halloween at the Insectarium!
Saturday, October 28th 11 AM – 3 PM
Missoula Insectarium
This is the main event for the month of October. All throughout the month the insectarium has brought you fun and creepy spider themed activities. This will be the 3rd annual Halloween party with spider themed crafts and activities. Come in costume to make it extra fun!
The 3rd Annual Hoot & Howl Halloween Bash
Tuesday, October 31st 5 PM – 7 PM
Missoula YMCA
Open to the public! Get ready for a boo-tacular time with the Missoula Y! Indoor trick-or-treating, spooky activities, bounce house, photo booth, raffle, and more! Family-friendly costumes encouraged. This is a Teal Pumpkin event and offers non-food treats.
Plus, the Y is offering a scary good deal! Join the Missoula Y on October 31 and we'll waive your joining fee!
Crappy Halloween Costume Contest
Tuesday, October 31st 6 PM – 8 PM
NOTE: They’ve settled on this name not because your costumes should be crappy, but because our execution most likely will be. Grab your friend for a pint or three before hitting the town. There will be an assortment of awesome prizes and winners for each category will be selected after 7 PM. You and/or your group MUST be present to win!
